Hospital Laboratories
The Hospital Laboratories of the Hospital de Terrassa, Mutua de Terrassa and the Hospital de Martorell work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They work on-line, making use of the same analyzers and sharing work protocols.The concept of the Hospital Laboratory embraces both urgent medical needs of the hospital and hospital microbiology. These labs perform the basic urgent determinations of biochemistry, hematology, gasometries, cardiac markers, pharmacologics and drugs of abuse, and serology. The labs also perform bacteriology of admitted patients.
